My Review

She was warned. When this story started, Sarah had many secrets. She told her guide just a little bit of information. The reader might think Sarah was just following a conspiracy story. But, it was too real to her. She had lost her grandfather on the mountain and now her brother. She felt she and the rest of her family were now in danger.

Sarah spent a long time researching to find the perfect mountain guide. The mountain held secrets. Some said the plane crashed on the peak and left Nazi gold. Sarah just wanted to know who killed her brother, Aaron. She went to a small town called Mercy Ridge to find an excellent guide who knew the mountain. She knew who she wanted, but convincing him was another story.

Ryder had a bad feeling about a trip this time of year. The snow would be starting and the temperature much too cold for a hike to the top. Ryder might have been a tough Navy SEAL, but he finally gave in to Sarah’s request. Her mission was unlike any other this intelligence officer had been involved with.

She only gave him small amounts of information about what exactly she was looking for. As time passed she trusted him more and more. As the trip grew more intense, she told him all she knew. Then, the weather turned cold and snow was in the air. But, who was following them?

This book is so suspenseful that I was still scared even at the end of the book. I love this genre and this is definitely one of my favorites. If you like Christian Romantic Suspense books, please read this one. You will not be able to put it down!
