MY REVIEW
I love cookbooks if they have pictures. This book is filled with gorgeous pictures of the dishes. This author has traveled the world and has learned and presented us with some of the most beautiful recipes I’ve seen. She’s included dishes from Japan, UK, Guyana, and the Caribbean. She includes lovely travel photos so that we can see the beauty she experienced there. I love the chicken dishes and she includes other meats as well. Many scrumptious meals and sides are included. There is also a beautiful dessert section. I love to bake and the Lemon Curd Cake is my favorite. This author uses metric measurements, so you’ll want a conversion chart if you live in the US.
