MY REVIEW
One aspect of parenting that is so fulfilling is when we can teach our little ones about the universe. Children love looking at the sky, seeing the sun, moon, and stars. Sometimes it can be difficult to teach them about the moon for night and the sun for day. This little children’s book answers so many questions that children may ask about the solar and lunar cycles.
The illustrations are bright and colorful. The children have very expressive faces in the book. Children will love learning about how an eclipse happens. This book also teaches about the tides. There are many pictures that illustrate clearly a partial eclipse, total eclipse, and daytime vs nighttime eclipses. The title of the book is a perfect way to tell children about how the sun and moon work together. Children will understand play and how the sun and moon work/play together.
