My Review:

It’s important in this world that we teach and show our children how to look for the beauty in life. We can do this in our everyday life as we play, take a walk, or visit together. Parents like to find reading materials that help them to show their children the best way to see life and those around us. The Beauty We See is the perfect little picture book that they can read to their children to show them how to be kind.

This beautifully illustrated book shows watercolor pictures of children and adults of different races. Children are instructed to see the beauty in people who may be different from themselves. And, they are also taught to look for their own beauty. This message of love and kindness is needed in today’s world. Children will love the small size and positive story.

I always loved Shel Silverstein and I read his books to my kids and I will read them to my grandkids.

Picture books are also really good and I always liked the pop up books. I like to gift them to the kids in my family or my friends.

I like a lot of the classics: Winnie the Pooh, Beatrix Potter books, and Clifford the Big Red Dog along with Curious George. But there are so many great new books too…I love the Give a Mouse a Cookie series and the Pigeon books.
