My Review
To be Guardians of the Planet we should be guarding the health of our planet. Guardians of the Planet: How To Be an Eco-Hero is huge resource book for children and their parents. Client Earth is an organization that is partnering with the author to help preserve and improve our planet. Client Earth uses the power of the law to take pollution offenders to court. But, this book has a different purpose. Readers of this book are taught all about eco-systems and how certain things harm the planet.
Children are given easy to understand solutions to these problems. The beautifully illustrated book is filled with pictures and vivid colors. Some pages show the dangers of chemicals, waste, or destruction. Solutions are offered and children are encouraged to tell their parents about ways to be a good guardian at home. I learned some new ideas on how to improve my home and not waste items. There are simple and effective ways included in the book that every family can follow to help guard our planet.
